Again both videos were shot for ABC’s ‘Ask the V Stars’ and feature a range of questions on the show and their characters.

First up we have an interview with the lovely Morena Baccarin who talks about the return of V this year and the joy of still having a job.

After last weeks re-introduction to the world of V, I’m already starting to get back into the show and now episode 6 is just around the corner. In ‘Pound of Flesh’ we get to see Anna the leader of the Visitors introduce a select group of humans to visit and stay on the alien ships, and Ryan is having to deal with the stress of Valerie’s abnormal pregnancy which is moving along much faster than expected.

V is all set to return to our screens tonight after it rather long Christmas break. So while the first four episodes of V were pretty interesting, there was definitely too long a break, and i’m sure that the show will have lost a few fans.

So it’s now time to see if V can recapture our interests and make good for its extended holiday. The first episode to roll off ABC’s schedule is episode five – Welcome to the War, which will see Erica finding her life in danger once again, and Anna is left puzzled at Chad Decker’s lack of follow through on his aneurysm which the V scanners spotted.

With so many TV shows taking an extended holiday break, us V fans now have to wait till March of this year before we can see the rest of the show unfold.  Personally i thought V was great, the first four episodes moved along at a cracking pace and had a great cast that really sucked you into the world.  Admittedly there were a few cliches thrown into the show but you can’t really be too annoyed or surprised about that and personally i will be excited when V returns to our screens for the final ten episodes of this season.

But more importantly how do you all feel about V so far?  Has it lived up to expectations so far, and if you watched the origional show are you still excited to see what happens in the rest of this season?

So V won’t be returning to our screens till the first quarter of 2010, with ABC going into production on the show in January after Christmas and aiming to air the new episodes in March.  I hope when V comes back they dont change the pace of the show and start to drag it out, i get the feeling the first four episodes may have been structured that way to really pull people into the season.

Either way we are still due another 9 episodes with this season planning to run for 13 shows including the pilot, although there have been no confirmations that the show will run it’s entire course in the first season.  So until March be sure to keep checking back for all the latest V news as we will keep you up to date on all the latest gossip and news about the show.

V Episode 4 was another great installment in the current series, and i’m still surprised every week they have managed so far to keep the show fresh and interesting with a nice plot development tempo and another cliffhanger ending.  Of special note this week in V was once again the amazing production, they have really come up with the goods as far as visuals go and i’ve seen many full length movies thats don’t look this good, one things im going to have to look into next week is the actual budget that ABC assigned to this show i’m not sure if it has been made public knowledge yet.

So what did you guys think of this weeks show, did it live up the previous episodes and are you finding any characters thats are particulary making the show interesting?

Top of my list again this week was Morena Baccarin who did another outstanding job as Anna the leader of the V’s of course it helps that she is a very attractive woman, but she definately plays the smart and cunning character very well.  The growing partnership between Erica Evans and Ryan Nichols was also good to watch this week as they hunt down one of the undercover V’s working to infect the human population by creating an alternative flu vaxine.  Can’t wait for the next episode of V, but as far as i’m aware it’s not returning now till next year, more news on that tomorow.

V got me again, episode 3 -A Bright New Day, continued the trend of V so far, and that trend is that this show is turning out pretty good. I really enjoyed episode 3 and thought the story continues to move along at the right pace and throw in some very cool scenes that just help push the show above the ordinary. In Particular the scene with Anna, practising here lines to get the human style emotion right was great, and Morena continues to impress as the leader of the V’s, she definitely has the authoritative speaking down pretty well.

The other stand out scene in episode 3 was the very cool scene where Erica after saving the life of a V, sneaked into a video monitoring room on the V base and saw the real meaning and purpose behind the V’s peace ambassador program, with all the V suits containing video camera’s embedded in the chest. Hopefully the season will continue in this fashion, because as someone who never saw the original series, its all new to me and so far i think they are mixing the right amount of various elements that go into making a great show.

A Bright New Day is the next episode of V to air, and it’s due on the 17th of November.  We have the video promo for episode 3 of V right here for you to take a look at, and we also have a quick synopsis of the show.

In a Bright New Day we see Chad Decker reporting fro the Peace Ambassador Center where the Visitors are getting their diplomatic Visas issued with the leader of the V’s Anna receiving the first.  Not all of the public is happy with the decision though including Erica who is chasing up a death threat with a V Officer forcing them to work together.
